Exchanges, returns and refunds
You can return any order to us within 14 days of the date of delivery for exchange or refund.
When returning a product, make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, along with any accompanying accessories and documents (instructions, warranties, authentication certificates) and the delivery slip. We advise you to take all necessary precautions to ensure that your product is protected.
Any item that is returned damaged, used, and incomplete or soiled will not be accepted.
For perfume returns the crystal wrapping must remain sealed and not tampered with for an exchange or refund to be accepted.
Withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for orders of customized products.
GIADA reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at GIADA’s sole discretion.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
You can return or exchange any item purchased at GIADA Online Boutique within 14 days of the delivery date. Please notice that the means and costs of returning your order are at customer’s own expenses, subject to a limit of one return/exchange per order. Here’s how:

GIADA will strive to get back to you via email within 24 hours. Once your request is accepted, you will receive an authorization code, a guide for exchanges, returns and refund, and an electronic DHL return label.
Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, along with any accompanying accessories and documents (instructions, warranties, authentication certificates) and the delivery slip. Please kindly print the authorization code in your package, along with the original or gift receipt. Use the electronic DHL return label and request a DHL shipping service.

Keep in mind that if you do not use our return label, GIADA is not responsible for any theft or loss during transport; therefore, we suggest you choose a trackable shipping service.
Please beware that for Exchange request, new orders are subject to merchandise availability. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your order upon receiving your request.
Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3-7 business days (depending on peak time) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions you described, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
We usually accept returns within 3 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. During peak times it could take up to 7 business days. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email.
You will see the refund in your PAYPAL account within 24 hours of the return confirmation email.
If the order was a gift, the amount will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made. For security reasons, we are not authorized to refund a different account.
GIADA is entitled to withhold the reimbursement until GIADA has received the Product back.
