All items are shipped directly from GIADA’s warehouse in Milan, Italy. Once your order is prepared and shipped to your address from our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a DHL tracking number. Please visit my order to check the most up-to-date status of your order.

DHL is our courier for all shipments worldwide. Delivery time and fees are calculated based on your location and the weight of items you purchase.

For security reasons, GIADA online purchases will require a signature upon delivery. The Courier may request to show an ID to the person receiving the parcel.

Upon delivery, please make sure that the number of boxes delivered is as stated on the delivery confirmation document, and that the package is not damaged in any way. Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or any discrepancy between the number of boxes delivered, should be immediately notified by indicating in writing on the courier's delivery documents.

Our warehouse is closed for Italian national holidays. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates.

An order proposal may be refused by GIADA (provided that no consideration shall be due by you to GIADA, with the sole exception of the payment of the price of the products, if any) within 30 days at its sole discretion, including in case of (i) the products are not available; or (ii) a reported, or suspected, fraudulent or illegal activities, including suspected purchases for commercial purposes; (iii) you have not fulfilled your obligations deriving from a prior contract executed with GIADA; (iv) the order is made to any of the following addresses: general delivery, postal boxes, Army/Air Force Post office (APO), Fleet Post Office (FPO), U.S. Territories and China Territories.
