On each product page, you will find all available sizes and colors, a description and the composition of the item. Click on the product image to zoom in and see all of the details.

To order from GIADA online boutique, you can follow the following process:

  1. From the item page, select the desired color and size of the product
  2. Add the product to your bag
  3. Once you have finished shopping, click on bag
  4. Proceed to checkout page and enter your shipping details and on the following page, your payment details
  5. Check that the information you entered is correct and click "next".

After a few minutes you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. From this moment on our warehouse will take care of everything and as soon as the order ships we will notify you with another confirmation email.

ORDER STATUS

Pending
The order has been under processing. Our warehouse will be notified and get your package prepared soon.

Shipped
As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number to track the delivery. It is possible to check the order status at any time by entering the tracking number on DHL.COM. You can also find all information related to your orders in MY ACCOUNT area.

Delivered
You have received the package and signed for it. If you have no further return or exchange requests within 14 days, the status will automatically be updated to Complete.

Complete
On the 15th day counting from the delivery date, the order is deemed to be complete. You can no longer request a return or an exchange under this status.

Closed
If you have requested a return or an exchange within 14 days, the order status will manually be updated to Closed once the whole procedure is finished. We accept only one return/exchange per order.
